Dashboards, metrics, reports, and alerts are generated from data supplied by you or connected third-party sources and are intended solely to assist with your own independent analysis. You acknowledge that digital asset markets are volatile and that any decisions you make regarding your accounts or holdings are made at your own discretion and risk.

5. Third-Party Connections and Data Accuracy

The Service may require you to connect accounts held with third-party exchanges or platforms, typically through read-only API credentials. Meritoship does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security practices, or changes to their systems. While we aim to present data as reliably as possible, we do not warrant that figures displayed within the Service will be complete, accurate, or free from delay or error at all times.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Meritoship DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meritoship, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meritoship in the twelve months preceding the claim.
